Sales Process Outline

Virtual Sales Process


  • Invited Guests check in online (15 minutes prior to established tour time) – Verify that both guests in party are on camera together and that their Zoom application is working properly.


  • Following their check in, Guest is assigned to a Zoom Room to be grouped with a number of other guests who will be hosted by a single host (podium speaker).


  • Group of Guests will see a PowerPoint presentation that lasts between 60-75 minutes.  Presentation will cover all aspects of company credibility, discovery, membership benefits, and offer of membership.


  • Following presentation, Guests are moved to a private Zoom where they are hosted by a single Sales Rep who has been pre-assigned to them.  That sales rep will answer any questions about the membership, tour the membership website (if needed) and sell/close the sale with Guest.


  • Following the Guest’s decision to purchase a membership, Sales Rep will facilitate the collection of the funds to be processed. Guest will then go through a ‘DocuSign-type’ contract process with a dedicated Verification Officer (‘VO’).


  • Following the verification and execution of the contracts, the VO will do a brief overview of the member website to ensure that each New Member is familiar with how to navigate it to access the online benefits.  The VO will then set up an appointment for the following day with the New Member for a Welcome Call from our Concierge (who will answer any related questions, do a more complete walk through of the member benefits website, and will facilitate the member’s first travel/vacation request if required).


  • The New Member clears a three-day rescission period and then is officially a Vacation Club Member who has an average has $5000 invested in their perpetual vacation club membership along with a non-compulsory annual dues (which can be paid monthly) of approximately $250.  


  • At a time in the near future following their initial purchase, this new Club Member will then be contacted by our Member Services team to be invited to attend a ‘Membership Review’ of their club benefits to educate them on to best take advantage of all the many membership benefits that they have. During this meeting, they will be offered a chance to upgrade their current club membership to ‘Elite’ membership status (which contains an RCI Points Membership complete with exchange privileges garnered through RSI Vacations ‘developer-affiliate’ status with RCI).
