RSI Vacations is contributing all of its Human Capital, IP, Technology, and Know-How to this campaign. It is doing it with no upfront expense to HGVC because Hilton is bringing a robust marketing channel to the strategic partnership.

All Expenses from the Operations of this campaign will be accounted for and distributed evenly between the parties.


It was understood from our initial meeeting with HGVC that we are to sell only Hilton and HGVC products. The product will drive the price; however, we expect the price to be in excess of $5,000 per sale. RSI Vacations has multiple travel product opportunities provided that HGVC wishes to utilize them.


It was understood from our initial meeeting with HGVC that we will both own the member jointly. HGVC will likely become the sole owner of the client once the member becomes a permanent HGVC owner (where RSI Vacations will likely receive some remuneraton for this ownership assignment, TBD).


It was understood from our initial meeeting with HGVC that RSI Vacations will receive and disburse fundings. It makes sense because the lions share of the staff will be RSI Vacations teams; however, we are flexible if there is a better scenario.
